Twist is the most popular and longest-running LGBTQ+ nightclub in South Beach, spanning two levels with seven different themed rooms and bars. Located on Washington Avenue, Twist has been a cornerstone of Miami's LGBTQ+ nightlife since 1993, offering something for everyone: a high-energy main dance floor, a hip-hop room, a lounge area, a video bar, and regular drag shows and themed events. One of the best things about Twist is that there's never a cover charge — any night of the week. The club is open seven nights a week from 1PM to 5AM, making it one of the most accessible nightlife options in Miami Beach. Twist draws a diverse, welcoming crowd that includes locals, tourists, and people of all backgrounds. During Miami Beach Pride and other major LGBTQ+ events, Twist is ground zero for the celebrations. The multi-room format means you can find your vibe no matter what mood you're in — from chill drinks at the bar to full-on dancing until dawn.
